WASHINGTON, DC – Today U.S. Congressman John Salazar offered the following statement on the Beaver Fire near Norwood, CO.
“I want to thank the brave, hard-working firefighting crews who have been fighting to protect the lives and livelihoods of those in and around Norwood. While this is some of the most beautiful terrain in the world it can also be some of the most challenging for firefighting operations.
