Rights of civilian defense workers restored

Thanks to U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee, Walter B. Jones and Chris Van Hollen, the Pentagon will have to gut a new personnel system that a judge has said violates the rights of over 700,000 civilian Defense Department workers, including 16,000 in the Puget Sound area.
