COBRA

The Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration has posted the application for requesting the Department's review of denials of the COBRA premium subsidy under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  The application is available at www.dol.gov/ebsa/COBRA/main.html, or if easier, on the COBRA page at www.dol.gov/COBRA under Review of Subsidy Denials.  Please find attached a more detailed memo about this as well as the application and answers to frequently asked questions.
