Every Thursday morning when the Senate is in session I host an Open House for Missourians. Please join me for coffee and donuts in 274 Russell Senate Office Building from 9:00 to 9:30 am. Bureau of Engraving and Printing
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is located at 14th & C Streets SW, Washington, D.C. The BEP is where paper money and stamps are printed. Free tickets are required for all tours.  They are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  The ticket booth is located on Raoul Wallenberg Place (formerly 15th Street).  They offer same day tickets only.  The ticket booth opens at 8:00 a.m.- Monday through Friday, and closes when all tickets have been distributed.  Lines form early (some days as early as 5:30 a.m.) and tickets go quickly, most days’ (especially during the first two weeks in April ~ Cherry Blossom/Spring Break) tickets are gone by 8:30 a.m. Please plan accordingly. Tours are 25 minutes. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Tickets required March through September. 202-874-3019. U.S. Capitol
The Capitol Visitor Center is open to visitors from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Inauguration Day. The Pentagon
Arlington, Virginia. Headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense. All guided tours of the Pentagon are free and available by reservation only. Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Washington Monument
National Mall at 15th St. NW, Washington, D.C. Open daily 8 a.m to midnight, April 13 though Labor Day; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. otherwise. The Washington Monument tour of the interior is open daily during the summer season from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., with the last tour beginning before 9:45 P.M. Washington Monument admission is free, but does require a ticket. The Washington Monument Lodge, located along 15th Street, opens at 8:30 A.M. for distribution of free, same day, timed tickets on a first come first serve basis. During the spring and summer, tickets run out quickly and the line for tickets forms as early as 7:00 A.M.; please plan accordingly. If you wish to reserve tickets, you may do so by visiting the National Park Service ticket website at http://www.recreation.gov, or by calling 1.877.444.6777. The White House
Public tours of the White House are available. Requests must be submitted through one's Member of Congress and can be submitted up to six months in advance and no less than 30 days in advance. You are encouraged to submit your request as early as possible since a limited number of tours are available. Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis between all 535 Congressional offices. These self-guided tours are available from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays (excluding federal holidays). Tour hours will be extended when possible based on the official White House schedule. All tours are significantly enhanced if visitors stop by the White House Visitor Center located at the southeast corner of 15th and E Streets, before or after their tour.
