In addition, with advanced notice, special Congressional tours may be arranged. The main advantage to these tours is that you can avoid waiting in lines to obtain tickets. However, these tours are virtually the same as the public tours.

The Congressionally scheduled tours are very limited, and distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Also, once the request has been submitted, our office has little control over the decisions made by the specific sites.

We look forward to providing you with as much information as we can in order to help make your visit educational and memorable. Good luck with your visit planning!

NOTE: White House tour requests must be made through our office. If you wish to visit the White House, we require at least 8 weeks advanced notice. Unfortunately, even with advanced notice, tours of the White House can not be guaranteed.
