The Clerk transmitted to the House a scanned copy of a Certificate of Election received from the Mr. Daniel White, Executive Director, Illinois State Board of Elections, indicating that, at the Special Election held on April 7, 2009, the Honorable Mike Quigley was duly elected Representative in Congress for the Fifth Congressional District, State of Illinois.
