On Thursday, Senate will begin consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S.J. Res. 26, a joint resolution disapproving a rule submitted by the EPA with respect to greenhouse gases, and after a period of debate, vote on the motion to proceed to consideration thereon, to be followed by a vote on passage of the joint resolution.
