Pursuant to section 9 of H. Res. 976, the Chair announced that no organizational or legislative business will be conducted on this day. The Chair further announced that bills and resolutions introduced today will be numbered today but will not be noted in the Record or referred until January 12, 2010. Executive communications, memorials, and petitions will be referred and numbered on January 12, 2010.
