Lands Bill: Senate resumed consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 22, to designate certain land as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System, to authorize certain programs and activities in the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture.

By 66 yeas to 12 nays (Vote No. 1), three-fifths of those Senators duly chosen and sworn, having voted in the affirmative, Senate agreed to the motion to close further debate on the motion to proceed to consideration of the bill.
