Oftentimes, beginning the process of contacting and working with a federal department or agency can be daunting, challenging, and confusing. Fortunately, the office of Congressman John Campbell is set up to assist you with any problems you might encounter when dealing with the federal government.  Each year, Congressman Campbell provides help to thousands of residents of California’s 48th District who need questions answered or require clarification from a particular federal department or agency.

For example, if you have a personal matter ongoing with the federal government and feel that you have not received or answer or have been treated unfairly, Congressman Campbell’s office may be able to help resolve the issue or provide the information you need. While there is no guarantee of a favorable outcome, Congressman Campbell’s staff will endeavor to ensure that you always receive a complete and timely response or solution to your problem.

Generally, the first step will always be to fill out a Casework Authorization form, which you may download from this website in order to begin the process. Additionally, among many other services, Congressman Campbell’s office can assist you in applying for an internship, ordering an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, coordinate many tours in Washington, DC, compete in the Congressional Art Contest, and apply for nominations to the U.S. Service Academies.
