In and Around Philadelphia
The Second Congressional District is comprised of some of the best neighborhoods in the country. Spanning from Wynnefield into West Philadelphia, which includes Spruce Hill and University City, the Second District is rich in history. Some of the homes and resources in Center City Philadelphia are the oldest in the United States. The Second Congressional District also includes North and Northwest Philadelphia, the home of East and West Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, East Falls, Germantown, Manayunk and Roxborough. The District now includes Cheltenham Township in Montgomery County.
