Making Healthcare More Affordable
As a long-time surgeon, I understand the problems facing our healthcare system, and I am working to provide responsible solutions for Louisiana families. Allowing Americans to control their own healthcare destiny is necessary to ease the anxiety that millions currently suffer rising costs due to a lack of insurance portability, information, and access.

USDA Releases Emergency Information for Disaster Designated Parishes
Dec 1 2010"The Department of Agriculture declared on November 30 several parishes in Southwest Louisiana disaster areas as a result of a drought beginning on March 23, 2010 and continuing. Farmers in these areas have eight months from the date of this emergency declaration to apply for emergency loan assistance on a case-by-case basis."
