Education Savings Act for Public and Private Schools--Cloture Vote Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing for the vote on the motion to close further debate on H.R. 2646, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow tax-free expenditures from education individual retirement accounts for elementary and secondary school expenses, and to increase the maximum annual amount of contributions to such accounts, to occur on Tuesday, March 24, 1998 at 5:30 p.m.
