My office accepts applications from outstanding Florida students who wish to attend our U.S. Service Academies: the Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, the Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, the Military Academy at West Point, and the Naval Academy at Annapolis. 2010 Nomination Schedule

• September 10, 2010: Postmark deadline for application packet (Note: Mail will be delayed if sent to any office other than the Orlando, Florida location)

• Early-October 2010: Interview notification by mail
• October 2010: Personal interview
• November 2010: Notification of applicant status

Note: The Coast Guard Academy at New London does not require a Congressional nomination for appointment.
