University of Georgia research has provided new clues on surviving to be 100 years old, finding that how we feel about ourselves and our ability to adapt to an accumulation of challenging life experiences may be as or more important than health factors.

New Media Institute Project Presentation
The New Media Institute will unveil a variety of capstone projects Saturday, Dec. 4, at 1:30 p.m. in the New Media Institute, fourth floor of the Grady College of Journallism and Mass Communication. Tree Identification Class
The Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources conducts a tree identification class each Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. in Oconee Forest Park (weather permitting). Participants learn to identify trees and other plants as well as acronyms and mnemonics for remembering tree characteristics.
