Elementary Students Find a Pathway to College
On November 18, nearly 170 students from Fern Creek Elementary arrived on the Rollins campus to participate in Pathways to College. The program, now in its fifth year, was created to inspire young students to start preparing for the very real possibility of college.

The Orlando Science Center’s Darden Theater became a site for big ideas and bold vision on Saturday, November 13 during the first TEDx Orlando Conference. A local, self-organized division of TED, TEDx brings people together to share a TED-like experience through monthly meetings and conferences.

Brought to campus by the American Indian Student Organization (AISO), John Echohawk was invited to Rollins to speak about modern Native American rights issues and diversity. He is a member of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma and the executive director of the Native American Rights Fund.
