Klobuchar: U.S. should send message to Iraq By Rae Kruger -Marshall Independent Staff Writer

Klobuchar MARSHALL — Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said the best way to get the troops home from Iraq is to make sure Iraq knows the U.S. won't keep troops in the country indefinitely and to push harder for a transition to have Iraqi troops take over.

Klobuchar said in a news teleconference Saturday from Baghdad on the fourth-year anniversary of the war that "troops are giving it their all every day and people in Congress better do our job and that means pushing for the tough answers and tough solutions."
