•  Computer make and model (e.g., Gateway 400 Notebook)
•  Web browser and version (e.g., Internet Explorer 6.0)
•  Operating system and release (e.g., Windows 2000)
•  Error message exactly as it appeared on your screen
• If your problem relates to opening or printing a PDF file, provide version of Acrobat Reader (e.g., Reader 7.1)
