Residents of New York's 24th Congressional District may purchase U.S. Flags from my Washington, DC Office. All flags are provided to you at cost.  Flags can be purchased in multiple sizes and materials, and there is no limit on the number you may order.

If you choose, you may have the flag flown over the U.S. Capitol Building for an additional charge.  All flags flown over the Capitol are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.  Flags may be flown to honor a particular person, event, or organization, and with advanced notice, may be flown on a specific date. If multiple flags are flown, they will all be flown on the same date and shipped at the same time.

If the flag is for a particular person, event, or organization, please make sure to include the information on the order form so the flag certificate will be filled out appropriately. 

To order a flag through my office, please print and fill out the Flag Request Form and mail it to my office with a check or money order for payment.  Our office cannot guarantee the delivery of flags by specific dates, ceremonies, or special occasions. Orders usually take six to eight weeks due to the volume of flag requests.
