I am pleased to assist constituents of the 1st District of Michigan in requesting American Flags flown over
the Capitol Building and dedicated to any person, organization or event of their choice.
Flags can also be flown on specific dates, (time permitting) including weekends and holidays. Each Flag is
individually boxed and includes a certificate of dedication.

There are some nominal fees associated with flying a flag over the Capitol, and the price varies according to
the size and material of the flag you request.

Here are the steps for ordering a flag:
(1) complete the web form by clicking on the link Print Flag Form,
(2) print the order request page with completed information,
(3) mail the form along with your check to the Washington office,
(4) submit electronically your address information. This will help our office to process your Flag Request.

Once your request is received my staff will contact you to verify your request.
