N. Korean Uranium Enrichment at Yongbyon

Siegfried Heckler reported in November 2010 that during a trip to North Korea, his delegation was taken to a new facility at the Yobgyon fuel fabrication site that contained a modern, small industrial-scale uranium enrichment facility with 2,000 centrifuges.
