Lawmakers Ask Commerce for Explanation Why NOAA Law Enforcement Workers Were Only Reassigned

WASHINGTON – Senator Kerry, Senator Brown, Congressman Frank, and Congressman Delahunt have written to Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke expressing disappointment and demanding an explanation as to why individuals within the NOAA office of law enforcement were only reassigned as opposed to taking more serious action. The lawmakers believe these individuals should be held accountable for their past actions against fisherman.
