U.S. Senate,

Dear Senate EPW committee members,

The WTC Residents Coalition is an umbrella organization of tenant/condo/coop/neighborhood associations in Lower Manhattan representing about 25,000 residents.

We are quite concerned and disappointed by the EPA response to date with regards to the WTC disaster.  We have specific concerns about the lack of public process and the upcoming World Trade Center Peer Review Meeting Schedule for Oct. 21-22, 2002 in NYC to be conducted by TERA.  We would like to submit the email below as testimony outlining some of our concerns.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or require additional information.

Sincerely yours,

Sudhir Jain, President
