Casework/ Help with Federal Agencies

My staff and I are ready to assist you. Here is a quick rundown for you to use when determining if you have an issue with a federal matter. Of course, if you would like to speak with a live person on the phone, please contact one of my four district offices directly.

1.) Does my issue involve a federal agency, such as the Social Security Administration, U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services (Medicare), U.S. Dept. of Defense, U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and Internal Revenue Service?

2.) If your issue is a federal matter, please contact one of my four district offices. Please fill out the privacy release form below, which I need completed so I may comply with provisions of the Federal Privacy Act, and provide a concise letter describing the matter with which you are having a problem. Be sure to include any identification numbers and case or file numbers.

Please understand that while we can assist you in bringing your case to the attention of the proper officials and guide you through the process we cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor.

It is also important to note that Congressman Davis can't help in matters before the courts.

Help with State Agencies

If you have a problem involving a Tennessee state agency or with such state issues as TennCare or CoverKids you should contact your Representatives in the Tennessee General Assembly. Such state issues are out of my jurisdiction as a United States Representative. You can find your State Senator here and your State Representative here.
