Congressman Lincoln Davis's 2010 Small Business & Rural Infrastructure Seminar

Congressman Lincoln Davis, The University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services, and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center will be holding a free two-day conference designed to provide valuable assistance to businesses and local governments in the 4th Congressional District. We have designed two tracks of training emphasis. The first day will focus on business opportunities. The second day will focus on grant opportunities.
