J. Franklin Little

Senate Page

Frank Little was a boy selling newspapers near the Capitol Building in 1910 when he caught the attention of Senator Henry DuPont, a Republican from Delaware. Senator DuPont arranged for his appointment as a page. In his interview he relates the political education he received as a page, the work assigned to pages at the time, and the hijinks in which the pages engaged throughout the Capitol Building to the top of the dome.
