The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles has four divisions across the state. The DMV is responsible for vehicle and driver services. These include, vehicle inspections, registering and titling vehicles, and educating, testing, licensing, monitoring and improving Delaware's licensed drivers.

A service of the City of Newark and University of Delaware. The bus will pick up and discharge passengers at any location between route stops except on Main Street and on Delaware Avenue, where passengers will be picked up an discharged only at UNICITY signs.
Transportation is available to seniors age 60 and over. Transportation includes to and from Cheer Center activities as well as to and from banks, drug stores, and grocery stores.
