The U.S. House of Representatives page program currently selects 66 some of the top high school students in the nation each year to come to Washington, D.C., to live, attend school, and work directly with legislators as personal assistants on the House Floor. Several incumbent and former members of Congress as well as other prominent Americans have been Congressional pages.
Requirements and Duties
To be eligible, all applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time their appointment begins and be in their junior year of high school, have a cumulative grade point average of "B" or better in all major core courses, and submit an application by the application deadline and receive a nomination from a Member of Congress.
