In a November 16, 2010 letter to The Honorable Rob Bishop and The Honorable Doc Hastings, Congressman Ed Whitfield writes: "Dear Representatives Bishop and Hastings: The American people have spoken and we must heed their calls and reform the way that the House of Representatives does business.
