CONGRESSMAN VERN EHLERS MICHIGAN'S 3RD DISTRICT

I can assist constituents who need help dealing with federal agencies. This assistance, known as casework, is available to constituents living in Michigan’s Third Congressional District. Before contacting my Third District office, please read the following to see if I can help you:

  • Casework is limited to residents of Michigan’s Third Congressional District. If you do not live in my district, my office will be unable to assist you, although we could refer you to your own Congressman.

  • My office can provide assistance to constituents only in dealing with federal agencies. Some of the most commonly requested issues my office can help with include Social Security, Medicare, immigration, Internal Revenue Service, and military affairs. Commonly requested issues that my office cannot help with include legal issues, intra-state child support and assistance with state agencies.

  • To contact us, please call or write my district office. Please clearly describe your situation, and be prepared to provide your name, address, phone number, social security number and any documents relevant to the agency you are dealing with.
