I appreciate the opportunity to have served as your Representative in the United States Congress since 1991. My commitment to the 35th Congressional District is clear: I respond to your needs in California by representing you in Washington, D.C. As your voice in Washington, I work extremely hard each and every day to improve the quality of life for all residents, families, and the business community of our Congressional District. I will continue to protect veteran’s benefits, to support our military troops, to demand better oversight of defense spending, to reduce crime, to create jobs, to serve the needs of children, women and seniors, and to address the health care needs of all of our citizens.
