If you are having difficulty or have a question for Medicare, your first number to call is 1-800-MEDICARE (800-633-4227).  When you hear the automated greeting, say “AGENT” and you will be transferred to a live, Medicare customer service agent.  You can also visit www.medicare.gov.  By calling 1-800-Medicare or visiting the Medicare.gov website, you can request a replacement Medicare card, inquire about your Medicare bill, request help in choosing a Part D drug plan or request help with any other Medicare related issue.
