The USCIS website has information on every type of form, addresses for USCIS offices, information on fee changes, and a place to order forms online or through the mail.

How to Become a Naturalized Citizen of the U.S.

The  U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has put together a naturalization section on their website to help answer your questions. Simply go to the  
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website to find eligibility information, an extensive  "Naturalization Guide," information on fees and the "N-400" application, which is used to apply for naturalization.

Should you have a question concerning an immigration form or a pending application, you can contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) by visiting
www.uscis.gov or calling 1-800-375-5283 for processing times, case status, etc.

STEPS IN REQUESTING HELP FROM MY OFFICE

• Confirm that you are a resident of Indiana's 4th Congressional District at Write Your Representative.

• If you have determined that your problem is a federal matter, download a Privacy Release Consent Form. Thoroughly complete the form, including the blank lines that ask you to describe your problem (dates, agency name and what you want me to do to resolve your problem.)
 
• Sign and date the form and mail or fax it to the Bedford District Office at:
