Fourth Congressional Distict of Indiana

Indiana’s 4th Congressional District is a far reaching region located in the West-Central portion of the Hoosier State. The district runs North and South through all or parts of 12 counties. The 4th Congressional District stretches from Monticello, in the north, to Bedford in the south. The district is located 2 counties from Lake Michigan and 2 counties from the Ohio River.

The 4th Congressional District houses a unique blend of urban and rural development. Several manufacturing and industrial hubs can be found throughout the district. Vast farms, and crop production such as corn, beans, and cattle, can be found in the northern part of the district. Gently rolling hills populate the southern portion of the 4th District.

This district is home to several higher learning centers including Purdue University in West Lafayette; Wabash College in Crawfordsville; and Franklin College in Franklin.

Full Counties:  Boone, Clinton, Hendricks, Lawrence, Montgomery, Morgan, and Tippecanoe

Partial Counties:  Fountain, Johnson, Marion, Monroe, and White

Cities and Towns:  Avon, Attica, Bedford, Crawfordsville, Danville, Ellettsville, Frankfort, Franklin, Greenwood, Lafayette, Lebanon, Martinsville, Mitchell, Monticello, Mooresville, Veedersburg, Zionsville
