In Nebraska we have a state law that Corporations may not own farmland. Every stste should have that law. Every election the big corporations are trying to get the law repealed but it has been already found to be constitutional. More states should pass laws prohibiting corporations from owning farm land. Yes Ted turner owns a big chunk of Nebraska...personally and in his own name and he pays taxes on it.
