Congressman Ruppersberger formed the Women's Advisory Commission to better understand the issues that affect the women of the 2nd Congressional District. This group is made up of leaders from the business, academic community and nonprofit sectors who understand the needs of local women and advise Congressman Ruppersberger on issues ranging from access to quality health care and education, to fair pay legislation and domestic violence.
