Making the House a model of sustainability will encourage the nation as whole to tackle these issues.

Victor works on the Office Greening Program helping Member offices to implement sustainable practices. A native of Boynton Beach, Florida, Victor earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Florida State University. He became interested in environmental issues after studying abroad in Valencia, Spain. Before joining Green the Capitol, Victor interned with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.
