Before I can inquire on your behalf, you must complete and sign the Privacy Release Form. Please provide this form and relevant documents to a member of my district staff to start the process.  Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just help cut through red tape.  If you are in need of immediate assistance with an issue, please call my district office directly at 614-294-2196.
