The Manage Lobbyist screen will allow you to view, and print, a list of all the employees that were actively registered to lobby on the registration or reporting forms.  You can use this list to verify if your employees have been registered and whether the account has been activated so that they are able to sign in and file their contribution reports.

 

 

An explanation of the Account and Password Status is listed below:

 

Account Status

Description

Inactive

The lobbyist account is not currently active.

Active

The lobbyist account is active.

 

 

Password Status

Description

Temporary Password

An activation email has been sent to a registered lobbyist, but the account is waiting for the lobbyist to respond to the email and set the password.

Active

The registration for the lobbyist has been verified and the password set so the lobbyist is able to sign into the system and file a contribution form.

Submitted

An activation email has been sent to a new lobbyist but the account is waiting for the lobbyist to respond to the email and set the password.

Pending

A new lobbyist has been added to the system, and the password has been set, but the House Legislative Resource Center is reviewing the registration.

Rejected

A new lobbyist has been added to the system, but the House Legislative Resource Center has reviewed the registrations and rejected the account.

Locked

The wrong password was entered more than 10 times and the account has been locked.
