If you cannot save the form, enter text, or use the list fields on a lobbying disclosure form you have downloaded, the form is not opened in the correct application. The form may have been opened using Safari “Preview” or it may have been opened using the wrong version of Adobe Reader. The lobbying disclosure forms must be opened in Adobe Reader version 7 or 8 to complete and file them.
These problems can be resolved by changing the default application that is being used, or by installing the correct version of Adobe Reader.
