Senator Grassley holds the record for the longest streak of not missing a vote in the United States Senate. He demonstrates his commitment to the job of representing Iowans day in, day out by casting votes on the issues. To date, he’s cast nearly 6,000 votes without a miss. The last time he missed votes was to tour flood damage with President Bill Clinton after the floods that devastated the State in 1993.
