S. 3689, Copyright Cleanup, Clarification, and Corrections

Eliminates the requirement that the Register of Copyrights
maintain a directory of agents available to the public for inspection in both
electronic and hard copy formats. (Maintains only the requirement that the
directory be available through the Internet.) Authorizes a sworn or
official certification to be electronically submitted to the Copyright Office.
