Badger Mining Chief Visits Rep. Petri In Washington

WASHINGTON -- Timothy J. Wuest, President of Badger Mining Corporation of Berlin, WI, met with Rep. Tom Petri Wednesday in the Congressman's Capitol Hill office. The two discussed the Society for Human Resource Management's recent designation of Badger Mining as the best small business company to work for in the U.S.

"The company has provided a lot of opportunities, but it has been our associates who have really put a lot of energy into this, and really made Badger Mining Corporation the greatest place to work in America," Wuest said. "We don't have employees at our company - we have associates. They're able to make a lot of their own decisions, and that has just led to a lot of great things within the company."

Petri said, "We're trying to do things right here in Wisconsin. Every once in a while it's recognized, and I think the people who work at Badger Mining deserve a real pat on the back."
