Carl Toepel of Sheboygan in Washington for Inauguration

Carl Toepel of Sheboygan, a retired elementary school teacher and a retired city alderman, visited Friday with Rep. Tom Petri while stopping at the Congressman's Washington office to pick up tickets to Tuesday's presidential inaugural of Barack Obama.  Following is a brief comment from him:

"I'm out here for American history.  I really was coming for Senator McCain's inauguration, but President Obama was elected, and I'm here to observe his inauguration and all the parts of American history that we can enjoy together as Americans." (Audio of Mr. Karl Toepel's comments)
