Brillion Housing Authority Receives $155,000 USDA Loan

WASHINGTON - Congressman Tom Petri reports that the U.S. Department of Agriculture will make a $155,000 Rural Development loan to the Brillion Housing Authority (BHA) to repair and rehabilitate 23 existing units at the Heritage Apartments elderly housing complex.

"Heritage Apartments, an independent living facility built in 1986, has a lot of capital needs," explained BHA Executive Director Jessica Miller.

"Low-cost Rural Development loans help to keep rural communities vital, and this one will serve to provide decent living conditions for qualifying local seniors," said Petri.  "I'm pleased that the funds have come through."
