Senator Webb Introduces Bill to Overhaul America's Criminal Justice System
Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement

I believe strongly in keeping our communities safe, and in reforming America’s broken criminal justice system. I have supported increased funding for law enforcement, legislative initiatives to crack down on gang activity, and other measures to provide new avenues for rehabilitation.  In addition, I have introduced legislation, after two years of intense fact-finding, to review our broken criminal justice system and recommend legislative solutions.

I strongly believe that we can reduce the dangers of gang activity, increase safety on our streets and in our schools, and inject fairness and dignity into our sentencing policies and our prisons.
