U.S. Representative Tom Reed R-NY was sworn in this afternoon as a Member of the United States House of Representatives. Congressman Reed represents the 29th congressional district of New York. The district contains all of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Yates counties; as well as parts of Monroe and Ontario counties.
