Grants
The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's (EERE's) primary funding vehicle for businesses, industries, universities and others is a grant.
Most EERE grants are awarded on a competitive basis. As such, EERE solicits applications in specific EERE program areas and selects from the submissions based on merit. EERE financial assistance opportunities are listed in the financial opportunities database and on Grants.gov, the government's Web site of all federal grant opportunities.
