As your representative in Congress, I will do my best to assist you in resolving an issue with a federal agency.  Due to the Privacy Act of 1974, I must have your written consent before my office can contact a federal agency on your behalf.  To begin this process, please read the privacy policy and complete this secure online form to submit your request directly to a caseworker in my office.
