Congressman Lewis' Washington D.C. office is happy to help you plan an unforgettable visit to our Nation's Capitol.  Many tours can be arranged through Congressman Lewis including the White House and the U.S. Capitol.  Unfortunately, due to the large volume of visitors in Washington D.C., it is often difficult and sometimes impossible to secure all requested tours.  To give yourself the best opportunity to reserve desired tours, please contact the office as soon as you confirm your travel dates.

Please take note that several attractions offer public tours similar to those arranged through a Congressional Office.  You should also be aware that the FBI, Voice of America, and the Pentagon remain closed to tours since the events of September 11, 2001.

Washington D.C.'s weather can be very seasonal.  Summers are hot and humid, while winters can vary from cold to very cold.  Pack accordingly!
